Bodycombat

Get fighting fit with BODYCOMBAT, a martial arts-inspired workout featuring boxing, taekwondo, kung fu and more! BODYCOMBAT burns calories, tones and shapes the arms, back and shoulders, works the legs, and conditions the core.

Bodyflow

BODYFLOW is a relaxing class that builds strength and improves flexibility while stretching and awakening your muscles. This class embraces parts of yoga, tai-chi and pilates.

Bodypump

A Group Barbell Workout by Les Mills, using light to moderate weights repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Strength Training 101

Need a full body workout first thing in the morning? We’ve got you covered! Strength Training 101 will take you through a resistance workout covering almost every muscle in the body using barbells, bands, and your own body weight! If you’ve ever wanted a good routine for building muscle, this is it! Pair the Strength Training 101 class with the 8am Spin class (that follows on Mondays) and you’ve got your strength and cardio covered!

Ripped

This total body, high-intensity class, utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight. The class masterfully combines its components — Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance — as the workout portion, along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. R.I.P.P.E.D. will absolutely challenge your levels of fitness and endurance.

Rumble

RUMBLE (by R.I.P.P.E.D.) is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment. This unique fitness workout combines dance and martial arts in a form that improves strength, conditioning, coordination, balance and rhythm.

Grit

High intensity interval training at it’s best!! (HIIT) is one of the hottest fitness trends on the planet – it’s the fastest way to get fit and in shape. Short, sharp bursts of effort allow you to reach maximum training zones and that’s the secret to athletic performance. (30 min)

CxWorx

All the moves in this core strength workout have options, making our CXWORX class challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30 minute workout our trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes, weight plates, as well as body weight exercises.

Spin

This high energy indoor cycling class led by our motivating instructors and accompanied by a unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. Spinning is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness!

TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Yoga

Stretch and awaken your muscles.

Muay Thai/Boxing & Self Defense

Mixed martial arts, self defense and blended flow of Muay Thai & Boxing.

Senior Fitness

A class that caters to men and women approximately 55+ years of age, low impact and light resistance.

Pilates

This class will help focus on your strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

HIIT

This High Intensity Interval Training class is an efficient way to get lean, get conditioned, and get fit! We cannot promise it will be easy… but it sure gets results! This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times.

RPM

Discover the athlete within. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high with this indoor cycling workout, riding to the rhythm of powerful music, taking on the terrain of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials & interval training. (45 min)

Cardio & Strength

This class combines blocks of strength training and cardio moves for all ages and levels. Get your heart rate elevated to help you blast fat, boost your metabolism, and burn calories, all while having fun!

4 Ever Fit

4 EVER FIT is a safe and effective workout catering to men and woman who are approximately 55+ years of age. This fun class includes low impact resistance training suitable for all levels and ages!

Zumba

Zumba is for all ages and levels! This class includes dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop,salsa, merengue, mambo and more!

Polynesian Dance Fitness

Polynesian Dance Fitness or PolyFit is a fun and effective workout incorporating easy, traditional and modern dance movements that will get your heart pumping! This total body workout targets your larger muscle groups, improves muscular endurance, tones your core and engages both the upper and lower body at the same time!
